Fran has worked as a teacher of children with moderate and severe special needs in the 

Massachusetts Public Schools for over 30 years.  She served as TEAM chairperson and conducted assessments while working in the public schools.  She has taught and held workshops for parents and special education graduate students and teachers.  Fran has worked in private practice as a Educational Consultant and Advocate since 1999.
